Since becoming a fully authorised bank in 2020, our commercial lending has been largely funded by our consumer savings deposits.
We have an award-winning offering and serve over 13,300 active customers via our online platform and our Manchester-based customer support team. Our savings customers have also benefitted from market-leading rates, and fast account opening. We track our customer service levels through feefo, which surveys our verified savings customers. For the 12 months ending December 2023 we achieved an average rating of 4.7 out of 5, and this increased to 4.8 in the first quarter of 2024. In early 2024 we were also awarded a feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award.
